What singles you out as a business?
Why should somebody use your services in preference to another supplier? Is it the price; the service; or are you doing something that your competitor is not?
Are you fulfilling your triple bottom line?

What singles you out is something usually about the service that you can provide, the relationship with your client and what you can deliver. In terms of building a lasting relationship the community is not looking for a provider that is money hungry, but one that cares enough and has an ethical approach.
