Child Grooming happens everywhere and will continue to happen unless the Authorities that be provide support to Organisations such as ourselves, to allow us to get the message across to parents, teachers, children.

The education and safety of children is central to our core mandate. AAI are currently running their education and advice section for parents and children from Monday 17th January. This is running for 3 weeks and is presented in a series of articles all about grooming.

This recent case (Jan 20th) highlighted only 5 miles from one of AAI's branches provides yet another example that something needs to be put in place and quick!
Even though, in the UK, the apathy is appalling. We are still looking to take our message and advice into Schools to help safeguard our children, but this is also reliant on practical support from Governments, Councils and Education boards, which currently sadly we continue to wait for.
In the UK and many other Countries grooming is a very real danger to children and AAI tell you what dangers to look out for; what you and your children can do to avoid it and we will also advise on internet safety and social network security aswell as street awareness.
